The power-profile of the 3500 is applied through a fine, ultra-precise 3/32″, which might be a problem for other sanders, but with full speed control at your finger-tips you can close the Hutchins patented venturi-driven water value and have it put in work sanding better than most other paint sanders out there.

Beyond the top-end power and generational reliability of all Hutchins sanders, the 3/32″ offset means this sander can make your clearcoat stage a breeze. The water control pulls from a bucket with a filter and ejects the stream directly through the pad for even distribution on your surface. The water control is full adjustable.
