Equipped with the same 800 Motor that has been Field-Tested for nearly 70 years put into an easier to control pad size  4-1/2″ x 9″ hook-pad (compare to the 3800’s 2-3/4″ x 16″).

Able to handle all situations that the 3800H can handle, the 3900H is easier to handle for beginners and operators of all skill levels. The ease of use comes from the hands being closer together and over all points of pad contact to the processing surface.

• Gives equal pressure at contact points for 100% sandpaper wear
• Excellent for blocking, leveling, and a simpler control pattern than a 3800.
