    Balance precision and coverage with the Hutchins Model 2011 Hustler II Straightline. Built with the same triple counterbalance system and dual-cylinder, twin-drive design as the 2023 Mini, this mid-size sander delivers a vibration-free, synchronized stroke for smooth, ultra-fine sanding.

    With its 11" pad, the Hustler II bridges the gap between compact sanders and the larger 2000 series. It’s perfectly sized for areas where you want more coverage than the 8" mini but not large enough to justify a full 16" pad, making it an ideal choice for automotive refinishing, woodworking panels, and light industrial applications.

    The Model 2011 comes standard with a PSA pad designed for 2¾" abrasive rolls, and an optional Hookit pad is available for added flexibility.

    Water/Wet Sanders

    • Ideal for finishing and more delicate processing where heat is a concern. Also used to assist in dust control where vacuum systems are unavailable or unreasonable to equip.
    • Our Water Sanders are equipped with a Patented "Thru-the-Pad" distribution system that enables a steady, regular flow of water to your surface. Most Models are equipped with a filtered 'water bell' that can be dropped into any source of clean water (like a 5-gallon bucket).
