Al Hutchins equipment is researched, developed, and structured to fulfill as well as to exceed the current and evolving needs of the current industry as they occur. Each air tool is built of tough, unitized, aircraft-specification aluminum for strength and balance, while also designed and structured to produce immaculate surfaces. Every air tool that leaves our factory must go through rigorous testing before final approval, which guarantees "Hutchins Quality".
Each Hutchins sander is free of defects in material and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any part or sander at our option for 1 year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. The warranty does not include the cost of inconvenience, property damage, misuse, abuse, accident, or similar incidents. The warranty will be void if the tool has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized individuals. Use of any non-Hutchins component including but not limited to replacement pads will automatically void the tool’s warranty. This warranty is identical to previous warranties in substance and does not reduce customer coverage in any way. "This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state."

Exclusions to 1-Year Warranty
- Water or fire damage
- Rust or moisture damage from poor air quality
- Sand and/or foreigh article in motor
- Overheating from non-oiling
- Dropping
- Use of non-Hutchins pad
The following parts are excluded from warranty unless deemed defective when manufactured but not from regular wear
- Pads
- Drive shoes and side rails
- Pad shoes
- Bearings
- Vanes
- Gears
- Piston rings
DEFECT POLICY:
Hutchins Mfg. Co. does not have an exchange or “swap-out” program of any kind. All Hutchins sanders within the warranty period must be sent to an authorized repair facility or the factory for evaluation and repair.
When a sander is new and deemed a defective tool by the factory it will be repaired, boxed as new, and returned at no charge. If the tool is defective, but used, it will be repaired and returned at no charge. If the tool is not deemed defective, an estimate for repair will be sent.
